Are you a new mother? Postnatal Yoga helps you cope with your new role in life both physically and mentally. This class includes poses to help you regain abdominal strength, body flexibility and muscle tone, as well as restorative poses and breathing exercises to help you relax and recover from the new demands on your time and energy. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed, but please indicate at the time of booking the type of birth you had so we can advise on when it is safest for you to start this class.
