Service Description

Are you a mum-to-be? Prenatal Yoga is a safe and gentle form of yoga that helps you prepare for your next journey in life. This class includes poses which help to build strength and stamina, strengthen and open your body in preparation for birth, and address common aches and pains. It also includes restorative poses to help you relax, as well as breathing exercises which can prove invaluable during labor. This class is appropriate for women in all stages of pregnancy, and no prior knowledge of yoga is needed. Each class will be customised to your needs to your stage of pregnancy.
