My Classes

I offer seven different types of yoga class.

Not sure which one is suitable for you? Or interested in a mixed class?

Drop me a note at josephine@josephinesyoga.com and I'll be
happy to advise or come up with a class plan just for you.

Beginner's Yoga

If you're new to yoga and not sure where to start,

beginner's yoga will help you learn from basic poses with proper alignment, guiding you to a safe, substainable practice.

Hatha Yoga

A traditional practice where poses are held for
short periods of time. Hatha helps to build strength
and flexibility, and is suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic practice where you flow from pose to pose. Sometimes called "Power Yoga," Vinyasa
helps to build strength and stamina.

It gets the heart pumping and can be lots of fun.

Suitable for all levels.

Pre-Natal Yoga

A gentle practice focused on helping

mums-to-be stay physically active, and preparing
the body to get ready for birthing.
My pre-natal classes
also include poses which are restful
and rejuvenating, enabling the mum-to-be
to get mentally and emotionally ready for her
new role in life.

No previous yoga experience needed!

Seated Side Bend
Exercising with Baby

Post-Natal Yoga

This practice helps new mums recover from childbirth
with strengthening work and stretches to soothe those
new aches (such as sore and tight shoulders
from carrying and nursing babies).

I also include restorative poses to help mums
rest and relax.

Restorative Yoga

Increasingly popular amongst Sinagporeans,
this is a slow-paced practice where poses are held
for longer periods of time and the body supported
with props to ease into a pose. Both relaxing and restful, it helps the body recharge and heal.

Very good for mental wellness and physical fatigue.

Suitable for all levels.

Corporate Class

Many companies are figuring out that
a weekly yoga class isn't just good for employees' health, it also improves their productivity and loyalty. Others are adding yoga to their corporate and
team-bonding events.

My corporate classes are accessible for all levels
of fitness and yoga familiarity, and can
accommodate up to 20 people.
